Unsupported file format

When you get a chance, could you please try sending a test email (under WP Mail SMTP > Tools) and share the details from that here?

Thanks, when I send a test email it comes back with a success message and no errors. The error seems to suggest there’s something in some WooCommerce emails that is unsupported but I’ve not idea what.

1. Is this the complete error you are seeing in the Debug logs?
   
   Mailer: Brevo invalid_parameter: Unsupported file format: woo_######
   
   If not, can you please share the entire error message?
   
2. Does this error show up every time you send an email? or it only shows up whenever the email fails to deliver? Or does it just happen randomly?

Thanks, it seems like some emails are sending (I can see successful messages in the log on my Brevo account) but I can’t see a pattern for what emails are failing. Here’s a full error message from the latest failed message…

Obviously the woo_233102_1 part varies though there are quite a few with that same code.

From the error message, it appears Brevo (your SMTP mailer) is blocking some type of file format found in your WooCommerce emails.

When you get some time, please reach out to the support team at Brevo and share the error with them. They should be able to advise on the issue.
