Unsupported encoding UTF-4

  • I was trying to validate my feed prior to submission to iTunes and i get this error:
    This feed does not validate.

    line 1, column 31: Unknown XML character encoding: UTF-4 [help]

    <?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-4″?>

    This was done on:
    Wordpress 3.5.1
