unsubsribing not possible

Hi,
first of all thank you for this very intuitive plugin.
Now to my open problem:
in my case none of the two shortcuts for unsubscribing seem to work ([USER-UNSUBSCRIBE-URL] or [USER-UNSUBSCRIBE]).
After clicking on the respective links (https://page/?lang=it&emunsub=MjUzNXwxZTcxNWQ2NjQyN2IyZmI5M2JkZjMzZGE%3D or unsubscribe Newsletter) just the page with the newsletter is opened. That’s it. No message no additional confirmation…
I also tried to send off another newsletter to the same e-mail-address, it still is sent off to the same address.
Can you help me?
