Unsubscripe link in email not working

To generate an unsubscribe link, you should add this URL to your footer (style is just for example):

unsubscribe

{{{unsubscribeLink}}} will render unsubscribe URL.

And where can the list with unsubscribed customers be found?

Can you please send the text of your footer to [email protected]? This forum changes “unsubscribe” and it is not clear what exactly did you put there.

The list of unsubscribed customers is managed centrally on AWS because the majority of review reminders are sent from the common (free) email address. If a customer unsubscribes from your shop, they will never receive review reminders from your shop again.

THis was for me the solution: change this {{{unsubscribeLink}}} to {{unsubscribeLink}}
