Unsubscribe/Subscribe buttons missing

Could you please provide some more details about the way you’ve set up your subscription levels?

Thanks for your response! The first listed level is set up any member of our church to join for free (via invitation code) and the second level is one that they must donate for and they get unlimited downloads of sermon audio. I am not quite sure what you are asking me for but hopefully this helps. Thanks again.

A question similar to this was addressed on our forum once before.

The answer given then was:

There was a bit of confusion when the 3.0 version was released. The FREE gateway should now only be used for sites where you have NO paid options.

Since you want to have both free and paid levels. Only activate the one gateway you intend to use for payments and for free subscriptions enter a price of zero.

Could you please confirm your configuration, and whether or not you have setup the “Free Subscriptions” Gateway? If you have, it should be disabled in favour of the gateway you want donators to use, and settign your “Free” subscription level to a price of 0.

Give that a go and let us know how you get on.

But that is not the issue.

The PayPal Express gateway is the only one I have active. I also have my free subscription level set to a price of 0.

Do the buttons appear on the /register page?

Could you perhaps provide a URL so we can see this error on your site and see if there is anything that might be affecting it.
