Unsubscribed Users

  • You should check your current sending method (Settings page > Send with tab). If you are sending with your own host, there’s a chance of your email server running some type of anti-spam software which analyzes each link inside of your newsletter, thus unsubscribing some of them by accident. That happened before.

    I have this problem. But I use Sendgrid. What could I do?

    Thank you! I am using my own host. I host another website that is using MailPoet, and the settings are exactly the same, yet it does not delete users like my other one does. Strange. I sent again today, and 4 people were unsubscribed. Any other thoughts? Reinstall?
