    Hi there,

    I am having several users say that they are still receiving emails after subscribing.

    I currently have around 5 lists of 2000 users in. I have done this to break up the sending of emails so they go in batches rather than in one go and causing the website to time out.

    I have noticed that if a user unsubscribes and there are still emails in the queue/in the reports section, that they are still receiving some emails.

    Is there a way to stop this happening?

    Please do look into this ASAP as it is a violation of privacy/GDPR when users unsubscribe and are then still receiving emails.

    Do you know when it is likely to be fixed?

    Hi there,

    Yes, we have understood your concerns regarding privacy and GDPR.

    Therefore we are working on this issue on a priority basis and it should be fixed in the next release which is scheduled before the upcoming weekend.

    Thanks for your patience and coordination.

    We have fixed this issue and have released a new version 4.7.6 with the fix.

    Please update to the latest version and let us know how it goes.
