• Hi all,

I am not sure if I am creating this topic in the right forum…

At this moment, I am receiving plugin’s update notification emails from www.remarpro.com and would like to unsubscribe it. But not sure how and where I can manage to do so.

I have looked into the plugin’s page and my profile… could not find it at all.

Please let me know how I can unsubscribe it.

Thank you for your help and support in advance.

    All the best,

A little correction: you’re not receiving update notifications from www.remarpro.com. You’re receiving notifications from your own website.

The WordPress software, running on your own website, sends updates whenever it automatically updates a theme, plugin, or even the WordPress software itself… or never it encounters a problem with a plugin (or your active theme).

I’m supposing you want to keep the auto-update feature… but only disable the update notification emails.

WordPress has no built-in way to do this from the dashboard. So you’ll have to either use a plugin, or add a few lines of PHP code to your website. Both options are explained (with recommended plugins and sample PHP code) in this blog post: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-disable-automatic-update-email-notification-in-wordpress/

    Good luck!

Do you have another forum account that may be subscribed?

Edit: HA! I should read more. George got it right in one. ??

    Hi @gappiah ,

    Thank you for the tip.

I do know this function and I suppose I did not explain enough.

Please do check the image below.

    https://prnt.sc/s67KzhP-G0I8

With this email, it is from [email protected] and it suppose to be [email protected] if it has sent from mydomain.com.

And also the email which I receive is not used as Admin email on any other websites including my clients sites.

So, I still do not understand what, where and why I am getting this email. I might subscribed to receive this a long time ago, but not sure…

Anyway, it cannot be your explanation since I do not use this email for Admin.

Again, thank you for your tip.

@shingen0810: My bad. Please ignore everything I wrote and follow Jan’s advice.
