unsubscribe system is rigged

    Their unsubscribe system is rigged to make it extremely difficult for people to unsubscribe. There is no unsubscribe link in my “My Account” section or their subscription reminder email. I shouldn’t have to send a support ticket and I shouldn’t have to click an “Update Payment Methods” link and log into FastSpring to find a hidden unsubscribe link! Even more upsetting is FastSpring wouldn’t log me in. After entering my email it said “An email was sent with instructions for accessing your account” but I never got their email so I had to waste 20 minutes of my time typing out exactly what happened in a support ticket to Rank Math and now I’m waiting for their reply. I’m so pissed off that I’m wasting another 20 minutes leaving this bad review. WTF RankMath!!!

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and sorry for the inconvenience caused in canceling your subscription.

    FastSpring, our payment provider manages payments and subscriptions and that’s why the subscriptions need to be canceled in the FastSpring account that is created during the checkout process. Sometimes it doesn’t work due to the mismatch between the email address used to create Rank Math and FastSpring accounts. You can get in touch with our accounts team at [email protected] and they will assist you in canceling your subscription (if you haven’t already done that).

    We sincerely appreciate the feedback and will discuss this with FastSpring to make subscription management more user-friendly.
