unsubscribe shortlinks are not working

No shortcodes in emails are working since the update?

Is there a way we can rollback to the previous version as it worked fine?

is there another way to put an unsubscribe link into the newsletter? the only way i know are the shortcodes.

Are you sending a Preview email?
If you are, that may the be reason why the shortcodes aren’t working.

When sending an actual newsletter, does it work fine?
You can test by creating a test mailing list and then adding yourself to it.

I tested as you sad. I created a mailing list an then added just my self. I used [wpmlunsubscribe] as content for a test newsletter. I clicked the “queue newsletter” button to send the newsletter.
The newsletter was sent. I clicked the unsubscribe link in the newsletter, but the problem still exists. I was redirected to the page for “successful subscription”. Thus the email address was still part of the mailing list.

The mailing list id is correct.
The subscriber id is correct to.

But ist does not work!
The behavior after clicking the link is like I described in my post above.

problem is solved with new version 4.5.5.2

Updated to 4.5.5.2 and the behavior is still the same.

Yes I testes with a new generated newsletter.

There was a problem with the unsubscribe links previously.
The issue was resolved in version 4.5.5.2 and works fine up until the latest version.
