Unsubscribe page not showing form

  • I have used Advanced Custom Fields to build my customer’s website. I have create a page specifically for unsubscribing from the newsletter and have added the shortcode [mailpoet_page] in the WYSIWYG editor. Unfortunately, the shortcode never renders and the page stays empty. The same thing happens when I call the shortcode via do_shortcode in PHP.

    Would appreciate any feedback on this. Moreover, the standard Mailpoet-Page for unsubscribing also doesn’t work. Feeling a bit helpless here.
