    Hi,

    The latest version of your plugins (free and pro) is problematic.

    The unsubscribe or email modification links no longer work correctly…
    Instead of arriving at the desired page, we get a message “It seems we were unable to determine your information. Please fill out the form and get the unsubscribe link by email.” (https://i.imgur.com/3GWo8BK.jpeg)
    This type of problem is very regrettable because it inevitably causes spam complaints.

    I downgraded to previous version and it works normally.

    Please check properly before updating…

    Did you test this with a newsletter sent by the latest version of Fluent CRM or an older version? I’m asking because the latest version introduces some security improvements that might affect management links sent with older plugin versions.

    I tested from newsletters sent before the last update…
    But a subscriber must be able to unsubscribe without problem from a previous newsletter.
    A correction is therefore essential.

    Thanks for confirming. There should at least not be any issues with newsletters you send from now on. The new links for managing settings expire after 30 days (similarly to e.g., Mailchimp).

    Ok, thank you. But you are not the developer. So, please let the developer respond to my request (I cannot accept that a subscriber cannot unsubscribe from an old newsletter… because this will inevitably cause reports as spam).

    No, pro version does not require an update for this one. The current pro version number is: 2.8.40
