    I have an issue with the user registration for the newsletter during checkout. On Brevo, the user appears with all the data but is not subscribed to the newsletter. In the event log, it shows “You unsubscribed the contact email address using the API V3 with the key sendinBlue-internal”. In the subscription confirmation settings, I have set “Use Brevo’s subscription confirmation options to manage opt-in settings” to true, and I’ve chosen the simple confirmation email.

    How can I resolve this? Thank you.
