Unsubscribe Not Working

    Once they fill out the unsubscribe form they still need to confirm that by clicking a link in the unsubscribe email they get.

    It appears that they aren’t receiving that confirmation email. I just tested this with my own personal email (checked both the inbox and my spam folder) and haven’t gotten any confirmation email.

    Is there any option to shorten this process and allow people to unsubscribe just by entering their email and clicking “unsubscribe”? If not, how can we fix this issue and ensure people are receiving their confirmation emails?

    Try installing an email logging plugin in WordPress:

    If this shows that the email is generated then speak with your host about why it’s being blocked – if Unsubscription emails aren’t sending I’d says it’s pretty certain Subscription emails aren’t either.

    You might want to install Configure SMTP also as this will allow emails to be pushed via an authenticates SMTP server and this should aid delivery.
