Hi there,
the unsubscription link is not working for me.
Or, better said, the shortcodes in general don’t seem to work.
{blog_title} etc. are not resolved.
I managed to get the unsubscribe link in the Welcome message to be show correctly by inserting
Newsletter abbestellen instead of just {unsubscription_confirm_url}
in the welcome form, so at least it’s displayed correctly, otherwise there is no link, only the text of the link displayed but not clickable.
OK I managed to get the link clickable.
If this link is clicked, the message about successful cancellation of the subscription is displayed, but in the database the subscriber still remains “CONFIRMED”!
I read in the forum that others encounter similar problems with the unsubscribe link and the shortcodes in general.
No matter if I choose {unsubscription_url} or {unsubscription_confirm_url} the problem is always the same.
I use version 4.2.2.
In two other installations I use v 4.1.3 and everything works.
It seems that in this version there might be a general problem with your shortcodes?
Everything in the settings is very similar with the other installations.
Please help!
Thank you
Martina

topic resolved.
confused my template versions, seem to have used {unsubscription_url} instead of {unsubscription_confirm_url} for the unsubscribge link, now everything works.
sorry for any inconvenience!
giving your plugin 5 stars as a compensation… ;o) !

Klicken Sie hier, um den Newsletter abzubestellen

This code works.

Thank you,
Martina
