Unsubscribe link doesn't work

Hi there,
I just installed Arigato PRO. 2.2.7.1. I managed to set up most things. 2 things are not working. One of which is Unsubscribing.
1. It doesn’t take me to the indicated Unsubscribe page. But takes me to Home.
2. It doesn’t unsubscribe. I see the user as ACTIVE in the list.Please assist. Thanks and regards,
