There is no unsubscribe link at the bottom.
There is only one confirm button.

This is the double opt-in email, it does not need unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe link is attached to all emails except this one. You never need to unsubscribe from the confirmation email – simply don’t confirm and you are never subscribed.
