Unsubscribe from plugin from emails

I am suddenly inundated with emails from a recently installed plugin. At the bottom of each email I see:

You’re getting this mail because you subscribed to a plugin, visit the plugin and login to unsubscribe.

I have followed the post link and see no such unsubscribe link. I have checked through all sorts of posts on unsubscribing but I cannot makke head nor tail of them. Surely there is a simple way of doing this. Help please.
