    I saw in a previous post that a way for users to unsubscribe was on the future roadmap for this plugin, but that was over a year ago. Is this still on the roadmap or has it been abandoned?

    I think a way for the user to unsubscribe and/or limited the amount of notification emails they receive is a must have. It would be nice if there was a way for the user to specify if they would like daily, weekly, etc. notification emails or none at all. That way their email is not being flooded with notification emails if the site posts a lot of new content.

    I realize this is not a newsletter plugin but a notification plugin, which is more of what I am looking, something more automated than having to create a newsletter about new posts all the time.

    Thanks for your message.

    A user subscription add-on is in development but it’s very early stages at the moment. I’m hoping to release something before the end of the year.

    With regards to the ‘digest’ functionality for notifications, this too is on the roadmap but there’s no timeline yet.

    Thanks for the reply. Nice to see these features are in development, unfortunately, the timeline is out of the scope for my project. I will definitely keep an I on this plugin for updates and keep it in mind for future projects.
