    Hi there

    We are using the extension with DirectoriesPro
    and have the following questions

    Hi there

    1. Can we set the expiring notice to only go once, instead of daily
    2. how do we add an unsub link – as we are worried our emails are not compliant.

    If payments are enabled in your directory:

    Directory – Listing – Expiring – Sent to the author of a listing when the payment plan associated with the listing is about to expire (defaults to 7 days before expiration). The notification is sent once a day until the expiration date.

    Thanks for your message.

    You won’t be able to send a notification only once with BNFW unfortunately.

    The Subscriptions add-on can provide unsubscribe functionality but not an unsubscribe link – there is a front-end form which you can link to however, that will allow the user, when signed in with their WordPress user account, to opt into or out of notifications of your choosing.

    I wouldn’t know how to achieve this, you may need to speak to the Directories Pro developer to see what they suggest:
