Unsubcribe User

  • Trying to test how this plugin works. I can confirm the new members are added to the Mailchimp list, but what triggers the removal?

    In the plugin setting I have this “checked”:

    Remove Email From List When Subscription Payment is Cancelled

    I have tried the following:

    Expiring a member.
    Deleting the member/customer and associated subscription from Stripe.
    Deleting the the payment history of the member.
    Deleting the member completely from the website.

    None of these options remove the user from MailChimp, so what is the trigger of the removal?
