unsubcribe link (url) to profile subscriber

I am a new user of your plugin, free version
I have an issue with the “manage subcription” link at the footer of a test newsletter It is linked to the subcription form on the in a test page on my site
How to setup the manage subription page url ? I am only interested into the unsubcription option for users
i completed messages to say “goobye”, etc. but what is the url on this special page ?
I tried short codes without result
I read your documentation but I can’t understand how to do that so far …
