Unstable product, Erases theme settings

Not satisfied at all, you cannot import multiple kits because each time you have to erase all the settings that you already configured till then. It never gives the same result as the demo, you have to customize colors fonts etc for each widget and loose it completely when you try to import a different page. A few kits are not imported, they show errors and the most frustrating of all is that it forces you to use specific plugins (like metform) and then buy them cause the free versions are limited.
Support is fast but they kept repeating that its server issue, that my upload limit is small and that’s why a few kits are not imported. My upload limit is 128mb. If that is not enough then what can i say.. And btw i asked my hosting company to help and they said there is no issue with my hosting.
