    I did not since I found many users with the same problem. It may be an issue caused by a conflict with another plugin, like Slideshow, but in any case I never know what’s going to happen to the website when I update NextGen Gallery

    @borisrio – Just following up on some old reviews.

    As you know this review was written following a major overhaul of the plugin in version 2.0. At this point, most of the issues related to that overhaul of the plugin have been long addressed. The kind of update issues you described are quite rare among hundreds of thousands of users we have.

    I’m not sure if you’re using NextGEN now, but given the current performance of the plugin, a one-star rating seems a bit harsh, and we’re wondering if you might consider revising your rating?

    I actually gave it two stars, due to the instability. Just added one more star after running the last update with no surprises.
