Unsolvable problem

Foo Box does not work and pictures open in another tab. From what I understand this is because there are to many jqueries in my site. I have searched through the support forum and cannot find a solution I am capable of using since I do not code. That being the case I cannot use the Foo plugins. I would like to request a refund.
