    Where did you see the “Unsent” status on emails?
    Is it for the emails of an autoresponder?

    The unsent status is under autoresponder, and click emails link under autoresponder name.

    What does it show in regards to “Active” or “Inactive” next to the email address?

    Please note that an autoresponder will show “Unsent” when:

    * The subscription has not been activated. So if you have double opt-in on, the subscriber first has to confirm/activate their subscription for the autoresponder to send.

    * If the time hasn’t arrived yet. If there is a delay on the autoresponder and it hasn’t been reached yet, it will not send the autoresponder email until it is reached.

    Additionally, can you please go to Newsletters > Configuration > Scheduled Tasks and ensure that the autoresponder schedule is running?

    The scheduled task already set, but right now is something happened. The email not auto generated, what should I check on server side?
