    I downloaded the acme template. I wanted to have a short cut to my
    desktop and I get a pop up that says others will see this page.

    My login page. My Hosting company says to purchase a SSL certificate
    to alleviate the problem. Is their something I’m missing here?
    Why Is this template unsecured? I can not tolerate people seeing
    my password every-time I log into my www.remarpro.com address now that I have
    your free template.

    Please respond regarding this acme template.

    Without a link to your site there’s no way to be sure what you are talking about. Generally speaking theme’s do not have a problem with TLS pages.
