• While the plugin is good, the support is very bad. If you have a question, they’ll either just refer you to an article or require you to be a premium member. Ridiculous really. When they refused to answer my support question unless I’m a premium member, I told them I don’t trust becoming a premium member will ensure that they help me. Never received a reply after that. These guys don’t care about helping people who use their plugin, they just want to make money.
