Unrestricted IP addresses are restricted

    Suddenly the Unrestricted IP addresses list stopped working and prompts for users to login.

    Any help troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated. There have been no changes to the site that I am aware of other than the external IP of the site itself.

    It turns out that the old site IP was proxying to the new one, so the add-in was not aware of the originating IP. The issue was DNS as usual
