  • Hi Victor,

    Thank you for your review.
At the same time, we would like to convey that we are sorry to see that you have changed your opinion about our plugin in the course of a year.

We also hope that through our support and continuous-development we can change your opinion.

TranslatePress works without any problems with the vast majority of plugins in the ecosystem.
Usually, problems occur when third-party add-ons add functionality to a larger plugin (e.g. Elementor) and the code in the addon is not compatible with the rest of the ecosystem.

For such situations, after detecting the source of the problem, we replicate the problem and send it to the developers to be resolved internally if possible.

And at this point, we are waiting for you to send us the result of the requested compatibility test.

    As for accommodating features:
We implement features based on the number of users requesting functionality and the requested functionality, even if it sounds simple at first glance, involves more in the back-end to comply with SEO best practices and to be compatible with the rest of TranslatePress addon(s).

And unfortunately, in the case of your feature request, it has not been requested by any other user since the date of the request until now.

We hope that the information provided will give you more context on how we work and also how we prioritize requests for features.

That said, we are waiting for your response to the ticket to continue the problem-solving process, and I am sure that if we work together on the problem, we will solve it.

    Cheers,
