Unresponsive script in WP customer area

Hi there,

Within the customer area I have added documents, which are meant to be accessible to people logged in on the Customer Area. However, I’m having trouble opening it the documents (when I’m logged in as a member). I am also have difficult opening any other pages from this area.

When I do click on a document.docx to download, the page freezes for about 2 minutes I then get :Warning unresponsive script
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue.

If i ‘stop’ the script from running, I can eventually access ‘download’ and then successfully download the document etc …

Could this be a problem with the WP customer area plugin ?

I would be very grateful if anyone has an answer to this.
