    I’ve actually been out of the office. If you do want to give this a try again, I’d be more than happy to help. I’ve found that the most common issue is a conflict with theme JS files, or with minification plugins. If you’d like me to take a look, I’d be glad to!

    No worries. If I had to guess, I’d say it’s likely that the theme is bundled with a flawed version of isotope.js . There’s a conflict between that and qtip2, that’s used for the tooltips. It’s come up a few times so far with themes that don’t have updated js libraries built in.
