I’m terribly sorry you didn’t have a pleasant experience with our support team.
With regards to your cancellation and refund, we received an email from you on 6 Sep 2023 at 4:34 PM and responded on Thu, 7 Sep 2023 at 7:31 AM requesting more information. We never heard back from you on that email thread.
You then sent an email on Thu, 5 Oct 2023 at 8:54 AM and we responded on Thu, 5 Oct 2023 at 3:37 PM and processed the cancellation and refunds this morning 3 hours ago.
We respond to all customer service tickets within 24 hours (unless it is on a weekend). Perhaps our initial response to you landed up in the spam folder. Either way, we’re sorry you experienced an issue with support and please note that the refunds have been sent to you (a total of $60)
