    The Unresolved does not work, It always shows 0 when we have lots of tickets that we are still talking to players in but are not yet closed.
    The Unresolved should list all tickets that are not “closed”.

    Hello,

    You have to choose statuses for unresolved filter in the ticket list. Please go to Support > Ticket List > More Settings > Agent View / Customer View > Unresolved Statuses and select the statues.
