Unresolvable problems with submissions

  • I was really happy with this until I tried to get user submissions. The date picker didn’t work. Repeatedly told that it was conflict with my theme or plugins. But once I uninstalled everything and the theme the problem STILL continued. This meant user submissions were never going to happen (no suggestion on how to resolve after two days of waiting) and I have to move everything over to another platform.

    @darcyoordt, I’ve reviewed your thread that led you to this review.

    Whilst I would say your problem is not due to an EM bug, most likely a setting or plugin/theme conflict, I can see that we didn’t reply to you promptly on the www.remarpro.com support forums to help you troubleshoot further, for that I apologize.

    In case you still want to give the plugin another shot, I replied to your thread, along with a link to a troubleshooting tool I made where you could even test out EM in vanilla mode without activating it for your whole site and just test out that submission page:
