Unreliable WooCommerce Services Server API Connection Today

    For the past hour we’ve had hit and miss connection with the WooCommerce Services server through this plugin. When trying to print labels, the address verification, the shipping rate calculation, and purchasing shipping labels has sometimes worked and sometimes returned a “WooCommerce Servcies server unreachable” error. It’s been really frustrating.

    Sorry for the delay getting back to you. I can’t find any record of an issue on WooCommerce Services at the time you reported this.

    We have seen this issue arise when there are address validation issues like zip codes with mismatched cities, etc. In order to identify the specific issue, we would need to check your account details. Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
