Great customization work — but communication issues

After purchasing extra customization work for the Side Cart for WooCommerce plugin, we had communication issues with the support. Apparently many of our emails got lost in their spam folder. It’s too bad because we wasted several weeks in our project.
However, once our emails got read and communication restored, we were able to collaborate efficiently with the plugin support team and the customization work was delivered as promised.
