One error i see is:

Load failed for:

wp-content/plugins/photo-gallery/js/jquery.ui.touch-punch.min.js?ver=0.2.3”.

and that file doesn’t exist in the plugin folder.

There are NO other errors during upload. Just Failed notices.

This is getting complicated for me.

You call :

 wp_register_script($this->prefix . '_jquery.ui.touch-punch.min', $this->plugin_url . '/js/jquery.ui.touch-punch.min.js', array(), '0.2.3');

in photo-gallery.php

but that file doesn’t exist in your distribution file (in js folder).

same here and I am getting so frustrated! It leaves out pictures. I try uploading them again, sometimes it works sometimes not. Sometimes it “duplicates” pictures, adding (1) behind the file name without me seeing the original. Right now, it flat our refuses to upload the last 20 pictures for one of my gallery entirely. It all seems completely random and I am slowly losing my marbles here.

It also shows me different images whether I am on the “grid” or “list” view in the uploader. I see some of the images now that I use the grid view that have disappeared on the “list” view.

I did a test of this, in my WP online dev system. Empty, no plugins, nothing.

Same problem. Sometimes uploads of images stall. I can’t say for sure, but 10 images work right, 20 do not. When i say images, i mean around 1 mb each.

So there is a problem. Not a major one, still it would be nice if it could be more stable.

Uploading any ammount of images in WP media gallery doesn’t stall, everything is working right. So it is a plugin problem.

You have a nice plugin but the support is nothing to write home about.

As an experienced WP webmaster i see no reason to do that, related to uploading.
