Unreliable plugin. Constantly gets stuck at 100%

  • This plugin is great, when it works. Recently I have experienced an issue with multiple sites and multiple environments (both local and web) where the plugin gets stuck at 100% on import and you can not proceed beyond that point. Other users have brought this issue to support who have ignored the error and offered little to no assistance other than blaming it on internet speed which is a joke because this also occurs in local environments. Also, when you roll back the plugin to a prior version it magically works using the same connection. The developers have a problem with the plugin they refuse to properly diagnosis and fix.
