• The plugin was saving multiple copies of media in different folders from the one intended. Any attempt to correct this resulted in further multiple copies. Rather like ‘the Sorcerer’s Apprentice’. Premio support was unable to help, but requested access to the WP desktop. The hosting contract for the website did not allow staging copies of a website so to comply with their request would have been a serious breach of security. This was the second problem which Premio were unable to assist with.

    I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience using Folders ??

    I can see our support team tried to contact you several times to find out what happened as we weren’t able to reproduce this issue on our end. I’ve also tried personally to contact you, but unfortunately, I never heard back from you.

    I’m not sure this issue is related to the Folders plugin at all since we never got such complaints. , and still, we’d love to dig deep and understand what happened there. Please contact me whenever you can and I promise you we’ll sort it out.
