Unreliable

This plug-in use to be good, but now it is unreliable. Backs-ups do not always work, security scans can take hours, and generating a report per site is now taking 10 minutes. If the back-ups are not reliable will the restore be reliable?? Their support is terrible. It takes them days to get back to you, so if you do have restore problems you cannot get any help. When they do get back to you, they usually ask some simplistic question (and often the answer is in the original ticket – so it is clear that they half read the ticket). This then sets off another several days of waiting. I spent a lot of time setting up over 50 websites with this plug-in, so I am hoping that this improves. But if you are looking for a solution right now, I would not invest the time in this plug-in – try to find a better solution.
