    Sorry for any issue!

    Did you receive some customization help with the plugin perhaps? Looking at the form on the page you linked to, there is some HTML that the plugin normally generates but most of the form fields look like they are either from another plugin or have been heavily customized. So I’m thinking that might be the issue as the plugin won’t be able to recognize the custom form fields.

    Yes, I have configured it so that only users registered on the site can register and for this I have used a registration form from another plugin.
    I have disabled it but the problem continues. Users can register and they receive the email with the button to cancel it, but they do not receive the cancellation confirmation and the system does not eliminate them from the event.

    Ahh yes your explanation makes sense. I didn’t realize it was a user creation form! This is expected then.

    I tried a test registration (Craig RoundupTest) to see what happens. It looks like everything is processed correctly and I do, in fact, get a confirmation email.

    I wonder if the inconsistency can be solved with an SMTP service. It’s unfortunately very common that emails do not arrive if not using such a service. We have directions for how you can set this up:

    As for the unregister link not working, I’m seeing there is a flaw with the plugin in that if there is no registration form on the single event page, the link will not process. Can you contact me on our website so I can send you an update to potentially address this? Here is a link:
