"Unrefreshable" Thank You page

Hello guys.
I have a custom “thank you” page with a file uploader coded in, that saves the file with the customer’s order ID. Simplifying the example, let’s say it’s a 1 file upload per user.
The problem:
1. When the user refreshes the page the “upload count” is reset.2. When “forging” a url with the order id POST variable it’s possible to upload files to any order.
What I’m looking for
Is there a way to make the thank you page accessible only once, directly after the checkout process? And then after the user refreshes it – the page will remain “blank”?
I would be very grateful if You could point me in the right direction.
