That is the table that links your posts with categories and tags.

I think reinstalling might be faster since you will need to remove all the links from other tables as well.

Hi @deanjansen1 thanks for reply. My technical ability and knowledge is limited.
Please explain what “… reinstalling might be faster since you will need to remove all the links from other tables as well.” means in simple terms.
Remember I have NOT backed up anything on this site. (Sorry … I know I should have ..)

I take it that the ‘reinstalling’ is reinstalling the latest version of WP.
What is not clear to me is that bit about “remove all the links from other tables as well’, and does that need to be done before or after the WP install.
Also how do I remove all the links etc.
Sorry I am confused, and need simple instructions.
