    An error is displayed on the custom checkout page in the browser console. This error causes the discount coupon button not to work.

    This error does not appear on the WooCommerce default checkout page.
    Please guide me to fix the error

    I checked the checkout page which you have shared and I didn’t get any JS error which you have mentioned.

    Here is the screenshot for reference.

    These type of JS errors may occur due to the conflict with plugins or themes. Can you please try these troubleshooting steps which will help you to find the conflict and the cause of it.

    Hi and thanks for check problem.

    This error occurs sometimes and I still could not understand under what circumstances this error occurs.

    Here is the screenshot of error.

    I will check for conflicts with other plugins.

    I checked all the plugins (deactivate one by one) and also set the theme to WordPress default theme but the error still appears on the checkout page.

    Hi and thank you for your follow up.

    After some checks, I noticed that due to the cookie saved by the CartFlow plugin, the email field value is replaced with a wrong content, which caused an error.
