Unreadable Mail send by CF7

    After updating the plugin, I’m receiving all mail, which was sent by CF7 in this troublesome reading version. I am using Gmail. May you can help in this matter? Thanks.

  • I too am getting this problem and am trying to solve it. If you find a solution please let me know! For me it only seems to be for the recipient’s email. The email that is sent to the form filler is fine.

    I’ve just worked out what the issue was. If you go into your form in Contact Form 7 and click on the Mail tab and scroll to where there’s a checkbox that says ‘Use HTML content type’ – make sure this is checked and it should sort the problem. It worked for me!

    Please be sure about that this support forum refers to the Plugin that creates a PDF out of the data made by the Parent Plugin “Contact Form 7”. Your problem seems to be clearly caused by the wrong settings in Contact Form 7.
