Just to sum up my experience:
I made a ticket 3 weeks ago, since then the problems i have had been blamed on:
My server, then suddenly it was a graphic error that hey fixed, then it was a problem with other plugins, then it was a problem with my theme.
I think it is about time to take responsibility for your plugin that you sell for 150€
Look at the reviews, 13 reviews, EVERY single one are unsatisfied customers that sits with a plugin that doesn’t work.
When we call you, “make a ticket” when we reach out on forums “make a ticket” when we reach out in whatsapp “make a ticket”, when we make a ticket “It′s not our plugin, its bla bla bla bla”
What the hell is going on? Do you have a plugin that works or not? I placed my trust, money and my business in your hands. What you done so far is take my money, waste my time and blame every little thing on everything else.
I have two problems here
Every time someone place an order, they do not get thank you for order page:
This is error only happen when bigbuy plugin is activated, even if the only plugins activated are woocommerce & bigbuy and i use storefront or twenty-twentyone theme.
Second, everytime there is a stock or price update to a product, that product is placed back into the org. category tree from bigbuy (this happens to about 10-30 different products every day)

This needs to be fixed, I have been using SO much time on this and i am really starting to regret that i ever heard of bigbuy – Hoping that you can prove me wrong here, and make things work, but honestly losing a bit of faith in this whole thing.
