    I have everything set up, and it is running ok.

    However when payment is made on checkout page, the customer is not given the “thank you for order” page, but a half cut off empty error message.
    The order is placed, payment is made, the order emails are sent to admin and customer.
    But the customer do not get the thank you for order page, this leads to confusion and double orders.

    This error goes away if i deactivate the bigbuy plugin.

    Any help here would be highly appreciated, as my page has been on maintenance mode for a week now.

    Yes i have a ticket open, it took 1 week before someone replied, just to point out how my server wasn’t good enough. (I have a hard time understanding what the server has to do, with a checkout error that only is there, when the bigbuy plugin is activated.)
    This wednesday I used the whole day with my hosting provider, as they ensured me before i purchased the plugin, that minimum requirements was met, and if any problems arose they would upgrade to meet the requirements. They now upgraded everything, and since wednesday i haven′t heard anything from tech support.

    Thank you for taking a look at this, and i really hope we can figure out what is the issue.

    Still no response from bigbuy on my ticket.

    I still have an error on checkout where customers are not shown “thank you for order” This error goes away, if i deactivate the bigbuy plugin.
    My page is still in maintenance mode because of this error, and is not producing any orders for me or for bigbuy…

    My server is up minimum requirements on all the tech stuff, so could someone please take a look at this?

    Just to sum up my experience:

    I made a ticket 3 weeks ago, since then the problems i have had been blamed on:
    My server, then suddenly it was a graphic error that hey fixed, then it was a problem with other plugins, then it was a problem with my theme.

    I think it is about time to take responsibility for your plugin that you sell for 150€

    Look at the reviews, 13 reviews, EVERY single one are unsatisfied customers that sits with a plugin that doesn’t work.

    When we call you, “make a ticket” when we reach out on forums “make a ticket” when we reach out in whatsapp “make a ticket”, when we make a ticket “It′s not our plugin, its bla bla bla bla”

    What the hell is going on? Do you have a plugin that works or not? I placed my trust, money and my business in your hands. What you done so far is take my money, waste my time and blame every little thing on everything else.

    I have two problems here

    Every time someone place an order, they do not get thank you for order page:
    This is error only happen when bigbuy plugin is activated, even if the only plugins activated are woocommerce & bigbuy and i use storefront or twenty-twentyone theme.

    Second, everytime there is a stock or price update to a product, that product is placed back into the org. category tree from bigbuy (this happens to about 10-30 different products every day)

    This needs to be fixed, I have been using SO much time on this and i am really starting to regret that i ever heard of bigbuy – Hoping that you can prove me wrong here, and make things work, but honestly losing a bit of faith in this whole thing.

    As we confirmed via ticket, the webhooks in WooCommerce were disabled and that was the origin of the issue.

    Yes the problem was fixed, but it was due to lack of compatibility in the plugin with WC_mails.
    The Webhooks was tied to a problem that raised after the above incompatibility was fixed.

    The reordering of categories are not fixed. I will open a seperate ticket on this later.

    I appreciate that we got the most crucial problems fixed.
