I am not able to display an “Unread” button for topics and am asking for help. I saw a post with the same question…and it was resolved…which is good, but the user did not say how he resolved his question. So I’m asking how to display the Unread button. There is no check box to enable or disable an Unread (button). Here is the instruction on the BBpress style pack “Button” tab.
“This section allows you to add up to 4 buttons – a create topic button, a subscribe button and a profile button, and if activated a button for unread topics. You can then style and display them in any order intent:’Plugin: bbp style pack'”

@ajtruckle – can you help here please as it refers to your thread

    thanks

I don’t remember what I did. Sorry! I now use a different theme on my site and only show one button. So I have nothing to check.

Robin must know because his button page specifically states “if activated”. The comment might be referring to the Unread Posts page in the settings. In this area it has a setting:

    5. Hide the ‘Mark as Read’ Button

But I do not remember if it relates to that.

Ahhhhh, that’s it. Ok. So if anyone else cannot figure out how the “Mark as Read” button is displayed, you find it on the “Unread Posts” tab. Thank you.
