    Hello there,

    Thanks for the awesome platform!

    I would like to know if there is a way to unpublish products that are not listed in my newly imported CSV. The problem is that my mix is based on my top 80% selling products from the real store and this will change mostly everyday, adding new and removing products from its content. In that way, I just want the current products in the csv published in the store after an import. The ones that match should be updated, the ones that don’t should be added. The ones not in the csv should be unpublished.

    Anyway, any hints on how to accomplish that or how to manage my products?

    Hi there!

    If you’re using the built-in CSV importer and exporter, then you’ll see a column “Published” in the CSV after export. You can control whether or not your products are published or draft via the value in that column.

    One way you can approach this is to maintain a spreadsheet of all your current products. You can then change the “Published” column to -1 (draft status) and import it with the “Existing products that match by ID or SKU will be updated” checkbox checked. Now all the product in your store will be in draft.

    Then when you import the CSV containing your new products with that checkbox unchecked (this is assuming the products do not already exist in your store), only the newly imported products will have the published status.

    Hey there, thanks for the follow up. But I need the process to occur after the import, as in a hook/action.

    I found out that Wp All Import does it all automatically. =]
