UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY – The specified country requires a postal code

Hi,
on https://www.maerchenfein.de/cart/ we have a smart Button and get this error:
UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY – The specified country requires a postal code
but in cart we do not have an postal code?!
What can we do?
